Angelyne is a limited Peacock series starring Emmy Rossum as the iconic Los Angeles billboard legend, alongside Alex Karpovsky, Hamish Linklater, and Martin Freeman. Created by Nancy Oliver and inspired by the Hollywood Reporterexposé, the show blends dark comedy and drama to chronicle Angelyne’s neon-soaked rise to fame in 1980s Hollywood. Angelyne explores themes of self-mythology, celebrity, and reinvention, capturing the surreal allure of a woman who turned image into empire in a city obsessed with fame.
